YUCK January 20, 2009 Reviewer: MPS from York,PA   I am not sure about the quality and possible gains......after using it for 2 days I was so disgusted by the taste and the way my stomach felt after taking it that I gave it up....it has a nasty taste (you taste the initial grape flavor and then you get this nasty taste that lingers on your palate)....I wouldn't recommend it based upon the taste alone! Nice Pump January 20, 2009 Reviewer: Paul from Ohio   Ive always taken BSN products and loved them but i wasnt too pleased with Volumaize. I noticed very little effects from it but there was a slightly larger pump and i could do 1 or 2 more reps with most exerises. Personally i'd rather take NO-xplode, it worked much better. pretty good December 13, 2008 Reviewer: Addison from San Diego   used it for four workouts and have noticed increases in strength and definite increases in recovery periods. On arms day the pump was tremendous just from doing a set with 40 lb db curls for 12 reps.
