Supplements101.com offers guaranteed accelerated delivery dates on all the products we carry that are in stock. If your order doesn't ship by the date shown on the product page, we'll refund the full 100% cost of your UPS Ground shipping back to you! How can you take advantage of this speedy service? Just follow the steps below.

1. Make sure the item you're buying is eligible--look for the product availability to show "In Stock" on the product detail page. (If this message doesn't appear, the item isn't eligible. You can also select 2nd Day Air Shipping if you prefer to have the item delivered in two business days, or 3 Day Select Shipping if you prefer to have the item delivered in 3 business days.) Please note that orders for multiple items, or multiple copies of the same item, may take longer to assemble and may not be eligible for guaranteed delivery, even if the items are listed as eligible.

2. Add the item to your Shopping Cart and proceed to checkout.

3. Ship the item to an address within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii, but not P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses).

4. Pay using your credit card. (You can pay with a check or money order but you must wait for your payment to get to us and clear our bank before your order ships.)

5. If your order contains other items that aren't eligible for guaranteed accelerated delivery (for example, one of the items on your order is on back order), your entire order will have to wait until every item arrives in stock before we ship your order. You can contact us at anytime to get the back ordered item removed from your order and then your order will ship within 1 business day.

6. Place your order before the deadline displayed on the product detail page, and enjoy the fast shipping!

Please note: Canceling items, combining orders, or changing your shipping address or shipping options after you place the order might affect your eligibility for guaranteed accelerated delivery.

• If your order contains other items that aren't eligible for guaranteed accelerated delivery you will not be eligible for the guarantee.
• For your order to qualify for guaranteed accelerated delivery, your credit card must be successfully charged before the deadline displayed on the product detail page.
• During the checkout process, if for any reason your items no longer qualify for guaranteed accelerated delivery (for example, if the order deadline passes or if inventory runs out), you will not be eligible for the guarantee.
• If all of the items in your order qualify for accelerated delivery and your order was not shipped by the date shown to you, we will refund 100% of your shipping costs as long as your shipping method is UPS Ground. If you choose 3-Day, 2-Day, or Next Day Air no shipping fees can be refunded.

YOUR ONLY REMEDY UNDER THIS GUARANTEE WILL BE A REFUND OF THE SHIPPING FEES ASSOCIATED WITH THE ITEMS IN YOUR ORDER THAT ARE ELIGIBLE FOR GUARANTEED ACCELERATED DELIVERY.
