Well I have tried various supplements , Tried Atro-phex this morning didnt really get a boost like i thought I would ,took 3 caps well try again tommarow, make sure you consume lots of water!well wait a minute ....I feel like a wonderful person...well I guess it does work!

It did curb my appetite and I did notice a little energy boost. But Im sure if you arent an avid caffeine intaker, the energy boost will be more noticable. The individual packaged pills are a nice touch but they are pretty unnecessary. And I dont know about you guys, but I didnt want some pill to manage my mood. Not that I felt anything different about it

This product isn't bad, I've been using it off and on when I go through my drinking binges and decide to loose the extra weight.
Its not a miracle drug, you have to exercise and eat right for any weight loss supplement to work. People who just take it and sit around annoy me because they think that pills are supposed to be magic or something. Try, and actually work at losing weight. You should see results. Also, follow the instructions and drink enough water. The caffeine will give you headaches, as most of you are probably aware.
