In more than one way becauase first it does intercept your carb intake, and also it shows you how much carbs we really eat every day! after purchaseing i realized i need more of this than fat burners! also whats great is there is a little bit of chitosan in it so i dont have to buy it seperately! Im guessng the other ingredients are good too!

I was not sure about these type of products but I must honeslty say I truly believe this works. BSN cheaters, it truly works for me. I take them when i know im going to eat too many carbs and fats. Recently went on vacation and pigged out, but took cheaters before and after the meal. Came home with not a pound difference before I went on my vacation. Was I surprised, for sure I thought I gain some pounds. It also seemed to curve my appeitite also. Hope this helps.
