brilliant May 27, 2008 Reviewer: GREAVSIE from DERBY, UK   over 600 calories, nearly 50g of protien and only 5g of fat, this has helped me pack on pounds of solid mass and stay lean, along with a good eating and training plan. cookies and cream flavour is gorgeous, tastes just like oreos even when mixed with water!! would deffinately recommend to anyone trying to get big fast. dont listen to bad reviews... look at the size of Trey Brewer and he loves the stuff!! tru mass March 31, 2008 Reviewer: Anonymous person from new jersey   been using this since november 2007 i play football for my H.S. and needed to gain weight and ive packed on about 2.5 pounds per month along with good eating, and i dont feel as much muscle soreness after intense workouts plus vanilla and chocalate w/ milk tastes amazing. Eh overrated January 15, 2008 Reviewer: Mike from Edison ,NJ   I took this WITH cell mass and gained maybe 2 lbs of muscle in a month.... waste of money and tastes terrrrible serving sizes are completely overboard....nitrotech is 10x better whey protein and tastes better too. takin nitrotech now and gained 6 lbs in a week Was this review helpful to you?

BSN 4 Lyphe! June 25, 2007 Reviewer: Steve-O   Survey says: This is a really good weight gainer. I've gained 3 pounds of muscle in a month,however I am the hardest gainer on the planet. So that's saying something. If it works for me it will PACK on pounds for the average guy. The taste is GREAT (vanilla). Also good value for money...18 servings! Pretty good product May 21, 2007 Reviewer: AJV from Ontario   I've been drinking the strawberry flavor and just been adding water. I have to admit that it tastes bad but I never wake up the next morning with muscle soreness so it must be doing something. I've been getting some real results lately.
