pretty good December 13, 2008 Reviewer: Addison from San Diego   used it for four workouts and have noticed increases in strength and definite increases in recovery periods. On arms day the pump was tremendous just from doing a set with 40 lb db curls for 12 reps. It is for real, and besides protein and carbs, it is one of the best supps ive ever used Was this review helpful to you?

Remains as yet unproven October 8, 2008 Reviewer: Anonymous person from NM   I like BSN products and have gotten the desired results from True Mass, CellMass and N.O. Xplode, but I'm just not sure about this one. I got some early directly from BSN and have used it as directed about two weeks now and seen no results above and beyond what my existing supplement stack delivers. Given that the main ingredients seem to be glucose and maize, I wonder if one couldn't get the same results mixing Kool Aid and corn starch for about 1% of the cost, but I will keep taking it until the bottle is gone and maybe I'll be surprised.
