Artic Berry Blast flavor tastes awesome. shaker cup it comes with makes it taste a little likeplastic so be warned, you may want to use something else to drink it out of. only been on for a few days. havent noticed anythinng yet, but BSN is a good company

I started using this product yesterday and right away I noticed the energy, the pump and endurance that I have. Results may vary depending on your weight and the intensity of your workout. Im 5'3 at 160lbs. I definitely recommend this to everyone.

I am not sure about the quality and possible gains......after using it for 2 days I was so disgusted by the taste and the way my stomach felt after taking it that I gave it up....it has a nasty taste (you taste the initial grape flavor and then you get this nasty taste that lingers on your palate)....I wouldn't recommend it based upon the taste alone!

Ive always taken BSN products and loved them but i wasnt too pleased with Volumaize. I noticed very little effects from it but there was a slightly larger pump and i could do 1 or 2 more reps with most exerises. Personally i'd rather take NO-xplode, it worked much better.

used it for four workouts and have noticed increases in strength and definite increases in recovery periods. On arms day the pump was tremendous just from doing a set with 40 lb db curls for 12 reps. It is for real, and besides protein and carbs, it is one of the best supps ive ever used
