BIG July 3, 2008 Reviewer: Nicholas Riley from San Antonio Texas   Dont listen to people who base reviews on taste.  Its not about the taste but what the product does for you.  Compare the taste of nutritous food compared to greasy fatty food and you will understand where i am coming from.  This product is great for helping you sleep, which puts your body in the ample stage of growth while helping your muscles recover...that is if your even working out hard enough. Don't mess with sleep May 12, 2008 Reviewer: Tom from Boston, MA   Thinking I was getting a good nighttime muscle building supplement to help me recover while sleeping, and get me ready to build muscle the next morning, I tried BIG by CMI.  What I got instead was a compound aimed at making me sleepy (I never had trouble getting to sleep) and provide creatine for the next day.  The product made me slightly dizzy and messed with my normal sleep cycle.  I woke up a couple times early in my sleep with a sensation of motion (like being on a boat) and I had to urinate.  When I finally got to sleep permanently (after about 90 minutes) everything was fine.  The next morning's workout was unremarkable.   Not something I'm going to try again - and it tastes so bad I had to choke it down.
