Works and Taste Great November 3, 2009 Reviewer: Anonymous person from Bentonville, Arkansas   This stuff will get you SOME results, I went from 185 and plateaued out at 198 before I started using other supplements along with this. I do have a Bachelors degree in Wellness Science and also a personal trainer so I must say like with any other supplement what you eat and how hard you work while you take this stuff is just as important. If done right you will see gains in strength and size. Chocolate is the best mixed with milk, and I have found if you use a shaker there are no clumps and all. Good stuff I recommend it to anyone. muscle milk February 9, 2006 Reviewer: Anonymous person from Waipahu, HI United States   muscle milk honestly works.  It taste good also.  I love the gains u get from this protein u gain some size.  from the begining of the summer i weighed 195 now im 224 some might be fat because i does carry alot of calories and if u dont run u can gain weight. It helps alot with your lifts also i could barely do 135 shoulder press and now i can do 225 5 times.  honestly this protein is the shizznits and works. Was this review helpful to you?

Muscle Milk August 2, 2005 Reviewer: Ronnie Jackson from Rockwall, TX United States   Out of all the protien supplements I have tried (3 others), this has to be my favorite.  This stuff mixes extremely well and you have lots of flavors.  Mocha Joe is the bomb!!!  Sure wish it came in 6lb containers.
