Don't waste your money.
Bad Taste. Tears your stomach up. Not great pumps.
I would recommend superpump or no xplode.

I was bouncing off the wall the first time I took this supplement.  I decided to take a scoop less the next time.  There's certainly a heavy pump, so much so that I had to cancel that workout because I had to concentrate on not puking.

This stuff does work. It really did help me lift more and it did intensify my workout. But it tastes like absolute poison. The taste is so bad that even though I haven't had it for over a month now and I still gag at the thought of it. I have an almost full tub and am now regretting having bought it.

Only tried the product twice first time was half way through my workout when my stomache just started turning and I spent a hour throwing up. Thinking it might be caused be something else tried again about two weeks later and same thing. Anytime your wiped out for two days throwing up I would have to say the product is no good.

So far, I am happy with this product.  From day one, I felt a better pump, was able to do more weight on every exercise, and can tell, in just one week, that I am getting more cut.  On the flip side, the first two days the diarrhea was unbelievable.  I took one scoop on the first day and forty-five minutes later I was racing to the bathroom.  I don't care though...it's worth it!!
