Seems like it is working	February 3, 2010

I am 43 years old. I started taking this product almost 2 weeks ago. I have noticed my reps increasing with the same amount of weight I was using before I started the product. For example, my first set of bicep curls I would do 6 reps, and after the 6th rep, I was done, no more energy to lift. Last two times I did curls I was able to do 8 reps on my first set with the same weight. Everything feels stronger and that excites me. I think I felt more moody the first week but I am calming down now. I am excited to see how I do on this stuff over the next 4 weeks. Also I take this in the morning and not at night like it says. Not sure if that is reducing some effectiveness due to lack of absorption - I take 2 tablets in the morning.

Will keep everyone posted.

I just started working out again recently after years of hiatus. I tried this out in conjunction with creatine and some decent protein powder to see what would happen. I have noticed a decrease in strength since my month of supplementing ended. I reordered NXT to try again since the results seemed positive. Definitely was more aggressive on this stuff. A bit of acne and oily skin showed up as well. Might be a good jump start for 30 and olders who are trying to get back into shape after much time being lazy.

I do feel more aggressive but its worth it.

I AM CLOSING IN ON THE END OF MY SECOND BOTTLE . THE FIRST BOTTLE I TOOK TWO @ NIGHT BEFORE BED , THE DIFFERENCE WAS SLOW BUT THE SECOND BOTTLE I HAVE BEEN TAKING THREE @NIGHT BEFORE BED NOW I AM NOTICING THE DIFFERENCE COMING ON NOT DRAMATIC BUT DEFINITELY WORTH THE PRICE , GOOD PRODUCT WOULD STRONGLY SUGGEST TRYING !!!
