PlasmaJet Suggested Use

• DIRECTIONS: Each box contains EXACTLY 16 (SIXTEEN) 10 capsule servings (30-Day Supply). Along with 12oz or more of water or juice, take the entire contents of 1 (ONE) and ONLY 1 (ONE) blister card (10 capsules) 1-2 hours before weight training. PlasmaJet induces its maximum vaso-expansion / strength inducing effects at 2-8 hours after ingestion, though it can be taken as near as 30 minutes before you start your workout. Take PlasmaJet ONLY on the days you actively work out. DO NOT EXCEED FOUR (4) servings per week and DO NOT use more than every other day under any circumstances.
  
  
• To maximally benefit from the myotrophic effects of PlasmaJet it is suggested to consume approximately 96 ounces of water per day and a diet that is high in quality protein and low-glycemic carbohydrates. Each individual's body biochemistry and somatic body type will determine how long it takes for PlasmaJet to induce its maximum effects. A good creatine product such as Gaspari SizeOn and highly anti-catabolic/mental focus agent such as SuperPump250 are also suggested to induce the fastest and maximal changes in strength and size possible. Though PlasmaJet's vaso-expansion effects begin to reach maximum impact at around the 2-hour mark, most individuals notice the initial vaso-expansion effects within 15-45 minutes after ingestion while others may begin to notice initial signs within 60 minutes of ingestion. These effects tend to become substantially more visible every few minutes thereafter. PlasmaJet induces its maximum vaso-expansion / strength inducing effects within 2-8 hours after ingestion and will taper down to baseline 24-36 hours after ingestion.
