not too shabby April 7, 2008 Reviewer: Anthony from Toronto   well first off, it's expensive! I'm now on my 4th week thinking i would gain a stupid amount of weight like the other reviews say. but from 143lbs i jumped to 148-150lbs, I'm 22 and have taken so many supplements before and i see the biggest difference on the last week of the cycles (i.e creatine, test boost) so i'm hoping for more gains. as far as strength, nothing to big, i think i would need to stack this with a test booster to get the stupid amount of weight i'm looking for, oh and of course, some yummy protein! it works March 7, 2008 Reviewer: brian taef from Houston texas   I just got done with a 7 weeks cycle of Methyl 1-D and I gained 23 pound of solid muscle, and gained %35 in strength. Methyl 1-D boost my testosterone which is good for gaining muscle, I feel leaner, bigger, and stronger. I would definitely recommend taking something like Novedex or Formadrol after your 4 to 8 weeks cycle, and also take 1.5 to 2 grams of protein per pound something that have low calories and carbohydrates during the day and  for post work out. Taking in a lot of carbohydrates early in the day is necessary to give your body sufficient energy during the day, and give your muscles a good pump during your work out. I would also recommend taking something like milk thistle or alovera juice when you are taking something this strong to protect your liver and also a good natural multivitamin. Great Product!!! November 14, 2007 Reviewer: Joe Bassetti from Vineland NJ   This prohoromone is one the best thing besides juice. It's safe and absolutley no side effects! I stacked it with Methyl 1-Alpha and gained 14 pounds of muscle in a 4 week cycle. I recommend this product to any body. Also, a great post cycle therapy to go along with this is formadrol.
