i started taking lipo 6 a while back and with the light weight training(bad shoulder) and daily basketball, im down 15 pounds( 200-185). I only took 3 pills a day ( 1 in the morning and 2 at lunch) i didnt change my diet much, just drank more water. im going to start a cycle of lipo 6x to see how that works..

okay back again hhmm..just wanted to say i lost 15 inches (neck,waist,hips)and a total of 16 pounds in 3 weeks ...cool hu ??? still going at it ...:( my pills are almost gone though ...

I have worked in numerous gyms as a trainer and also in supplement shops. I have seen 100's of products in use and tried several myself. I am not overweight but wanted something to add definition and "get cut" as many put it. Diet is above all the most important factor, BUT I firmly believe that supplementation does produce added results when training and diet schedules are good. BSN Atro-phex in my experience had given the best results to people. I was very please myself with it. BUT Lipo 6x black blows it out of the water. It has a better thermogenic effect, and produces long term energy without the gitters (Atro-phex has twice the caffiene). Lipo 6x black is the best product out there, period!

Lipo 6 is an amazing suplement, its helped me shed 15 lbs of fat in 2 weeks with cardio 3 days a week. I highly reccomend this supplement to be taken with a protein shake though to continue muscle growth

I have been using lipo6x, and man it woks great!!
My recruiter said I was over 10 pounds …I’m 5’2 and 140 pounds
So he recommended this product and detox- lgc
I lost 6 pounds in a week ….wow hu?? (With lots of cardio and eating right of course)
But it made me crazy inside my hart racing, had to pee a lot ,made me so thirsty …h20 is all I would consume ….uuggghh the detox pills made me want to stay away from food I was disgusted with any kind of food!!
But I did lose weight …I’m going for 15 more pounds and well I would not recommend this product …
I mean it does work but it’s not worth the anxiety it put’s you threw …and the pills are super huge to swallow.
