It's a cup, what can I say :). The one Supplements101 sent me is a little different from the picture - it's black, has a semi-different top, and seems larger then the picture. It's not like a baby bottle or anything, so don't think yer a wuss for using it.. only had it about a week~ and the connector for the closing part already broke off, but that's not a problem. It's cheap and its a good thing to use for non-blender use of anything.

This shaker does its job, but like the majority of them out there, it has its problems. The capacity is large enough to fit a serving of MRP or other protien shakes, but usually have to drink some and then add water again because the shaker is just barely too small. However, i wouldn't want to carry around anything bigger than that.
The lid also has its small tricks, if not properly seated in a certain position, it will leak upon violent, "Shakira like" shakes and in result staining your UnderArmor. I recommend doing more fluid "Beyonce type" shakes to avoid this disaster.
Although, ITS A SHAKER. When you put a combonation of things in it, shake it, it blends them together, simple. If the spilling is a problem do as i do and wrap a paper towel aound the lid when shaking.
