Hard on kidneys...BEWARE! February 9, 2010 Reviewer: Concerned consumer from Placentia, Ca.   Yes this product gave me a boost, but after taking it for a couple months every time taking it thereafter I would experience immediate kidney pains after drinking the small dose (approx. 1 Tablespoon).    I now experience regular kidney pain.  Need to see a doctor. If You Need Aminos... Twin Lab Delivers August 2, 2005 Reviewer: Marc David from Walnut Creek, CA United States   I first decided that I needed this type of product to get in a little extra protein.  I'm eating enough and supplementing with shakes but a particular program I'm following calls for high protein +1.  The +1 confused me until I found Twin Lab's Liquid Aminos. It's a perfect way to get the extra boost I need. The taste is bearable.  I take my 3 tablespoons spead out during the day.
