Glucosamine August 2, 2005 Reviewer: Steve Riesterer from Hoffman Estates, IL United States   Do you work out 4 days or more a week?  Then you probably get that tight, uncomfortable, almost achy feeling in the mornings.  The constant abuse that your joints and cartilage take from work outs can not be compromised by protein alone. Glucosamine is a must if you work out at all.  Using this supplement will not only get rid of that achy morning feel, but be because it is constantly lubricating your joints, it creats endurance in the areas that are most important in exercise; your joints.
