Seems to be pretty good October 21, 2007 Reviewer: Tom Gaughan from Manassas VA   I train religiously and my walking weight was always about 172-174.  I compete at 169.  Granted my metabolism is through the roof and my diet remains good but the only change in my routine was this stuff and my walking weight is now 165-167.  Is it because of Ab Solution?  I'm not really sure but I am going to get another tube and keep it up. awesome product! May 1, 2007 Reviewer: Anonymous person from California   Ok first of all i never believe that you can actually get skinny off some firming lotion. But this product actually works, i dont know how but it really does!. Im on my first tube and its only been less than a week and i lost 2'' on my hips and some on my legs. Before no matter how hard i work out i can never lose any fat on my hip. My pants size went from a 28 to a 26. I LOVE IT!!!!! Was this review helpful to you?

This stuff is amazing September 23, 2006 Reviewer: Horace Tadeo from Merced, CA United States   this stuff is really amazing.  I love it, I love the feeling when you apply it to your skin, it gives it a sensation burn.  You know its working.  I have gone through my first tub, and I lost 10 pounds and 3 inches of my waist.  I still have two tube left, and when im done with the two, ill give you guys more info... This product is fabulous! August 2, 2005 Reviewer: Amy Siudara from Galt, CA United States   I purchased this product (and the F & C Block package from this web site) ten days ago.  I haven't changed my diet at all and have lost 5 inches so far.  I am about 40 pounds overweight and totally out of shape.  My right arm was bigger than my left and I have lots of belly fat so I targeted those two areas.  I lost .5" in my right arm so now both arms are the same size.  I lost 3" in my waist and 1.5" in my hips (probably from lost belly fat.  None of my other measurements changed, only the areas that I had applied the Ab Solution Plus.  Outrageous results, I'm convinced this really works!
