Supplements 101 Return Instructions and Information
We will happily provide refunds for any unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of the order date.
To return a product, please print the return form located below. Include the return form filled out completely in a box with your return packaged securely. We recommend you insure your return as well as ship it with a company that provides tracking numbers (like UPS). If we never receive your return, we can not issue a refund.
If your return is due to an error on our part, we will have UPS schedule a pickup of the order from your house free of charge. If the shipment was due to our fault please e-mail us at customerservice@supplements101.com so we can schedule a UPS pickup.
