Supplements 101 Return Instructions and Information
We accept all returns with no questions asked. We accept all open and un-opened containers within 30 days of the order date. Have you ever found an online supplement store that will accept opened product returns? That's what makes us better then our competitors!
If you order a product and don't like how it tastes, We will give you a refund. Unhappy with the results? We will give you a refund. We stand behind all of our products and only sell products we believe in.
To return a product, please print the return form located below. Include the return form filled out completely in a box with your return packaged securely. We recommend you insure your return as well as ship it with a company that provides tracking numbers (like UPS). If we never receive your return, we can not issue a refund.
If your return is due to an error on our part, we will have UPS schedule a pickup of the order from your house free of charge. If the shipment was due to our fault please call us toll free at 1-800-877-2881 so we can schedule a UPS Pickup.
